The project consisted of a 1-story cottage with 34 beds in a suite layout.  It is a wood bearing wall structure with prefabricated metal-connector plate wood trusses.  The lateral bracing system consists of a steel strap bracing and structural gypsum shear panels.  The structure is founded on reinforced concrete spread footings.
