A $7.5 million renovation to an existing 3-story timber, steel and masonry structure on a full basement.  Renovation includes a 2 story vertical expansion of the annex connecting the two residence halls and removal and reconstruction of interior load-bearing walls.

A $3.0 million renovation to an existing 3-story timber, steel and masonry structure on a full basement.  The project included a new elevator, a new stair tower added to the building exterior and the basement floor was lowered by 1’-2”.

A $7.0 million renovation to the historic Boone Tavern in downtown Berea, Kentucky .  The project includes a new elevator shaft, a new auto drop-off canopy, lowering of the existing basement floor and a new skylight.

A $4.0 million renovation to an existing 3-story classroom building.  Renovation includes stair and elevator additions, expansion on the backside of the building and the reinforcing of existing floor structures which have deflected over time.

$5.0 million renovation / conversion of the existing Texas Instruments Manufacturing Facility into a System Office/Headquarters for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.  Project included the reconstruction of a second floor mezzanine for use as the President’s Suite, the addition and upgrade of the lateral force resisting system, the addition of architectural entrance canopies and sun louvers, reconstruction of exterior wall systems, the addition of skylights and monumental staircase, and the construction of raised towers to support the new mechanical units.
