Total Project Cost: $6,000,000 Project Size: 40,000 square feet
The project, located in Beaumont Centre on the southwest side of Lexington , consists of two floors of approximately 17,000 square feet each above grade over a 6,000 square foot basement and a 5,000 square foot crawl space for lab piping access. It is a steel frame structure utilizing steel joists for the roof and composite steel beam construction for the first and second floors. The lateral load resisting system for the building utilizes moment resisting frames at the perimeter. The foundation system consists of concrete spread footings which bear on soil.

This project was a new $4 million 3-story, 40,000 square feet, steel frame office building.

The structure consists of a steel deck and joist roof system for the roof and a concrete slab on composite steel deck and beams for the second floor. The floor and roof are supported by interior steel columns and load-bearing site-cast tilt-up concrete walls at the perimeter.

Total Project Cost: $1,000,000 Project Size: 13,700 square feet
This project consists of a steel frame structure founded on concrete spread footings on engineered soil fill. The structure was built utilizing W-shaped beams and columns for both the floor and the roof. The floor slab is a composite system with composite steel beams. The lateral bracing system consists of steel moment frames.
Total Project Cost: $2,500,000 Project Size: 21,000 square feet
The project consisted of a two-story office building with approximately 10,500 square feet per floor. It is a steel frame structure with composite steel beam construction utilized for the second floor framing and steel joists utilized for the roof framing. The lateral bracing system consists of concentric and eccentric braced frames at the stair shafts. The structure is founded on reinforced concrete spread footings on engineered fill.

The project is a high end automobile dealership facility consisting of a large show room, drop off/receiving area, parts department and service bay. The structure is primarily a 1-story steel frame on concrete spread footings. The parts department has a second floor storage area. The floor was framed with a concrete slab on composite steel deck over composite steel beams.

Total Project Cost: $2,500,000 Project Size: 30,000 square feet
The project consisted of two floors of approximately 10,000 square feet each above grade and a 10,000 square feet basement. It is a steel frame structure utilizing steel joists for the roof and composite steel beam construction for the first and second floors. The foundation system consists of concrete spread footings which bear directly on hard limestone.
The project consisted of a two-story office building with approximately 13,500 square feet per floor. It is a steel frame structure with LH-series steel bar joist construction utilized for the second floor framing and steel beam/K-series steel bar joist utilized for the roof framing. The lateral bracing system consists of steel moment frames. The structure is founded on concrete grade beams and drilled piers on bedrock.
