Total Project Cost: $13,000,000 Project Size: 72,000 sq ft
A 2-story, steel frame building with offices and laboratories for battery, solar and bio-fuel research. The building is founded on grade beams and rock bearing reinforced concrete drilled piers.

Total Project Cost: $8,200,000 Project Size: 47,500 sq ft
This project is a loadbearing precast and masonry wall system utilizing precast concrete hollow-core plank floor construction. A steel frame with transfer girders occur at the second floor to achieve large open common rooms at the ground floor.
Total Project Cost: $7,600,000 Project Size: 48,000 square feet
The new Jessamine Career and Technology Center is a 2-story classroom building with mechanical mezzanine and high-bay area.
The project consisted of a new $9.0 million, 2-story, 52,000-sq ft science and nursing classroom building with steel frame and lateral force resisting system of concentrically braced frames. The project also includes a 2-story pedestrian connector to the existing campus and an approximately $1.5 million renovation of the existing learning center.
Total Project Cost: $6,000,000 Project Size: 32,000 square feet
This project is a steel frame structure utilizing composite steel beam construction. The foundation system consists of shallow spread footings on soil. The lateral force resisting system utilizes concentrically braced frames.

Total Project Cost: $15,000,000 Project Size: 150,000 sq ft
The classroom and office wings utilize composite steel beams at the second floor and steel joists for the roof bearing on concrete masonry walls. The use of composite beams instead of the more traditional steel joist construction is estimated to save more than $50,000 in structure costs and will provide a structure which exhibits less vibrations under foot traffic.

Total Project Cost: $16,900,000 Project Size: 65,000 sq ft
This project consisted additions and renovations of four separate areas of existing buildings: (1) main entrance, (2) two-story classroom, (3) cafeteria and (4) gymnasium. The facility utilizes precast concrete hollow core plank and concrete slab on steel form deck supported by a combination of concrete masonry bearing walls and steel frames.
Total Project Cost: $12,000,000 Project Size: 81,000 sq ft
The project consisted of a new $12.0 million, 1-story with mezzanines, 81,000-sq ft elementary school. The facility uses load-bearing concrete masonry walls and a partial steel frame to support a steel joist roof structure. The lateral resisting building system utilizes ordinary reinforced masonry shear walls.
Total Project Cost: $11,400,000 Project Size: 81,000 sq ft
The project consisted of a new $11.4 million, 1-story with mezzanines, 81,000-sq ft elementary school. The facility uses load-bearing concrete masonry walls and a partial steel frame to support a steel joist roof structure. The lateral resisting building system utilizes ordinary reinforced masonry shear walls.

New $32 million, 3-story, 265,000-sq ft facility with load-bearing concrete masonry wall, steel frame, and precast hollow-core plank and double tee floor structure. Facility includes classrooms, offices, laboratories, library, auditorium and gymnasium.

Total Project Cost: $6,400,000 Project Size: 27,000 square feet
This project consisted of one floor totaling approximately 27,000 square feet. It is a steel frame structure utilizing steel joists, joist girders, and steel frame. The foundation system consists of a combination of drilled piers and shallow spread footings that bear on bedrock. The slab on grade is supported by a geogrid reinforced soil mat to bridge unsuitable fill that extended down to bedrock. The lateral force resisting system utilizes concentrically braced frames.
